Strategic Planning Workshop

The Staff, Board of Trustees and key stakeholders in the community participated in a workshop to update the Strategic Planning Documents for the New Albany Plain Local Joint Parks District.  This workshop developed action items that focus on Communication and Marketing, Partnerships, Fundraising, Programming and Capital Improvements.
