The Middle School team is open to girls and boys in grades 6-8. No previous experience is required. The team is open to non-residents, provided space is available.

Although field hockey is male-dominated sport in many countries, our local league has historically had all female teams. If you have questions, please reach out to our board members or to the parks and recreation department. The season starts TBD and ends TBD.

Practices are Monday through Thursday , except on game days. Practices and home games will be held at Bevelhymer Park in the Yellow Zone. Games will be played against other school and club teams from the surrounding area. Players must provide their own transportation to away games. Players should expect to practice/play at least 3 times per week.

Field Hockey Registration Information

Registration is open to NAPLS District residents only through date TBD. If space is still available, non -residents will be considered after Date TBD.*

A $50 non-resident fee applies to players living outside the New Albany-Plain Local School District.
