Baby and Me Yoga

Enjoy movement, connection and fresh air in this one-hour outdoor yoga class designed for parents or caregivers and their babies (ages 6 weeks – 18 months).
 

The first half of class is Baby & Me yoga, with gentle seated stretches, breath work and standing movement designed to keep baby close while supporting strength and mobility. Babies are held or laid on their backs for gentle stretching and simple movement that encourages bonding and relaxation.


The second half of class is for the caregiver. Babies may rest in a stroller or on a mat while caregivers enjoy postpartum -friendly flow, light core work and low-impact cardio to rebuild strength and energy.


Class ends with a calming meditation, giving caregivers and babies time to rest, cuddle and relax together.


This class is welcoming, supportive and ideal for caregivers looking to move their bodies, connect with their baby and enjoy time outdoors in a relaxed community setting. Bring water and a yoga mat. 

 

Yoga From the Inside Out

All emotions and feelings are welcome here, and what you do with them matters!
 
In Yoga From the Inside Out, campers will dive into a journey of self-discovery, exploring the emotions, feelings and thoughts they have on the inside – and learning how to express them in healthy, joyful ways on the outside.
 
Each day includes themed yoga sessions, breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques and creative art activities designed to support emotional awareness and self-expression. The camp offers a safe space for kids to embrace every part of themselves, sparking joy, encouraging relaxation and promoting confidence.
 
Kids should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle/snacks.
